I'm up 2 lbs. but I've eaten poorly the past couple days. I didn't totally lose control and watched my portions, so there's that. Big greasy breakfast, Burger King, and yesterday birthday cake and ice cream. I feel like all the work I've done for 2 weeks was done in vain.
Oh well, such as life. I have to give myself some leeway and enjoy the not so healthy foods in moderation. At least I'm not at my starting point.
Today's a new day to continue my journey.
