Weekend was busy & not the best for fooding, between meals out & going to a friend's home for dinner. Hoping to stick with it through this week & maintain into weekend. Have been trying to impress on the husbeast that eating out is really playing havoc with my system & increasing a yo-yo effect. He really wants to get in shape as well as save some extra cash back for the summer, so I probably just have to try appealing to those vanities.
