This is a rough challenging day. 2 of my 3 sons want to workout with my wife and I. On top of that my 4 year old daughter is in Daddy mode. (which is totally awesome. I won't refuse my boys a workout as it is a great way to promote good healthy habits. however this morning was a serious shredding of arm and upper back. Tomorrow is going to be tough as it is Abs Lats,and Mid Back. I do Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat. Friday and Saturday are the worst s they are back to back. Getting the family into working out is huge help as it gives me added drive to do better.
