I learned the value of measuring. I used to just pour cereal into a bowl or put pasta onto a plate. Since using this app, I realize the old way of doing things was giving everyone & myself a double serving size! I also realized how many calories are in DD & Starbucks specialty coffees! Before I took off work to take care of my mom, my colleagues and I would get two or three a day at 300 cal each!

I use food scale😊 couldn’t be able to count my calories intake without it. And regarding coffee, I always drink only black :)) Good luck on your fit journey
