who is asking me what i did
i did ab workout of chloe her channel is on u tube
i did diet ..a korean diet
and i run on treadmill ..goal is to burn 500 kcal a day
and jump rope doing 400 rep ..
that was my plan for a month to see that results
also planks ..i used a program named "exercice de gainage "
73.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.8 kg a Week
