@Franny I am trying to do Keto somewhat. I did it in the past but Im a vegetarian so eating so much cheese and was hard on me. Im still trying to figure all this out - which is why the scale keeps going up... :(.

Also all I did was boiled some cauliflower and sautéed some shrimp in coconut oil with Indian Curry seasoning and then added the cauliflower to the pan to finish. :)
