Your vegetables always look so amazing. I’m like you, I always have a difficult time getting all my calories for the day. I think I need to add additional fruits and vegetables.

still can't reach recommend a calories? Well I go over mine all the time. I even sent mine low. we'll nail it ⬇️ as we have help!

If I may, here are my go to when I need to add some good calories in: eggs, avocado, olive oil, nuts, bananas.
