No weight loss this week despite me sticking rigidly to 1900 cals. I had a really bad fall a couple of weeks ago which left me with a torn shoulder ligament and badly bruised arm and leg, so I'm getting a lot less exercise apart from physio on my shoulder. Maybe I should cut down on the cals until I'm a bit more mobile. AAMOI has anyone else had a torn shoulder ligament and does physio really work? All it seems be doing is giving me more pain, but maybe it gets worse before it gets better 🤷♀️ Would appreciate your thoughts xx

I had ligament reconstruction on both knees and can say that rehab works and is essential! Good luck with your shoulder! It will get better🙂

Thanks for your comment Tania. Seems to be two steps forward and one back, but I'll get there. Well done on your weight loss x
