J compte pas les calories ms c 150g d viande hachée sans MG, 1/2 carotte, 1 bettrave moyenne, 1/2 poivron rouge, 1/2 poivron vert, salade (qlqs feuilles de laitue, radis, 1/2 tomate, 1/4 concombre, jus 1/2 citron), 2 càs sauce tomate (sans huile), une pomme avc un peu de cannelle.
