Thank you to everyone that has been so supportive on this site!

Can I give some simple advise - DONT BELIEVE YOUR SCALE!!

I started on a diffrent app, it all started in Aug 2020, since August I have lost 16KG - But the 16Kg is nothing I have lost 25Cm of Belly fat!

Friends and co-workers started noticing the change, do yourself a favour measure your problem areas and focus your workout on those!

Thanks again for all the support and start measuring!
103 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 24 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.8 kg a Week
