I've lost a lot of weight that I gained at Christmas, and it is only Jan 14. I am only 165, 4lb heavier than I was Dec 18, and 6lb heavier than I was Jan 8. I started easing into the atkins induction again. Increasing my water intake. And getting off sugar.
One thing about weighing less, I am far more active that I was a year ago. (1 year ago on December 25, I weighed about 250-270)
