Welp thats what I get for having fries, boba tea, beer, and a popeyes spicy chicken sando yesterday. 😂 Luckily, I know I didnt actually gain 4.5 pounds of fat. I had a great day yesterday and today Ive planned everything out to be totally on target.
Im helping a friend out at her flower shop this week and my gym is starting a cardio class on Sundays. Yes I know that cardio isnt the way to go for fat loss, but I like the endurance I get from it which helps my breathing and my heart. Especially since Ive been a slug so much of the past year.
