My first week on the treadmill has yielded some results. My heart rate now stays under 130 while using treadmill, was over 135 when I started. I totally forgot I had a Total Gym in the corner of the furnace room (given to me by co-worker 7 years ago), I have dusted it off as well and tried a few light workouts. I rteally hope i can discover a routine I can follow and not loose any muscle mass and still loose the weight I want. Working two jobs makes finding the time really hard, I have been getting up 30 minutes early but, only getting 5-6 hours sleep and that will have its own negitive effects.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hello...I work fulltime, in school fulltime, and I am a single mom. I have found it easier to workout at night once I get home and my little one is sleeping compared to waking up 30 minutes early. Maybe working out after work will be better - and tire you enough to sleep faster :-)
