I fast everyday i follow Omad and 20/4 Eating patterns to lower my insuline levels for fat loss i Will usually have one large or 2 small balances meals no processed foods i usually end my feeding Windows with a homemade fruit smoothie i also try keto allthough this meal is not ketogenic its been Working Do far
