WEll, back down to 205, finally! I was scared after I started working out because I have gained those five pounds, but I am pretty sure that that was just muscle mass. Hopefully now, I start gradually losing the fat again like I did when I started this lifestyle. Tax return came in! now I can pay for a years membership at the REc. Super excited! Plus in came just in time for valentines day, so i can get my hubby something nice:) Everything is going great, working a double shift today, open to close, so I won't be able to work out, but I think standing for 12 hours will be sufficient.
