I am hungry today. It is harder on the weekends than at work all week. I guess it is because I have more down time. I want to snack and know I cannot. Then I look at my chart and see how far I have come and think I do not want to go back there. So I drink water....

Hang in there. It's so hard depriving yourself of all the good stuff!! I find it get's easier when you brave on and don't give in. I also find just finding alternatives usually satisfies those cravings.
