Left out of town so I meal prep for the next two days to not eat wrong. Feel pretty accomplished 😊

It all looks good. Black pepper on the eggs and a lil Tajin on the fruit & veggies, or lemon juice?! I'm getting hungry now. I haven't had lunch yet. I'm thinking Tamales (2) or (3) turkey tacos. Hmmmmm....

Wow! That's a decent vegetarian dish. I used to put balsamic vinegrette with salt and black pepper on my tomatoes

Okay guys so I need suggestions because I’m eating healthy and. NO sugars and salt and I’m still again putting weight back on. Kinda lost. I have not cheated once since this new journey any suggestions will help 😩

I actually weigh all my food. No portions on cucumbers or tomatoes but I try not to eat more than two. My meats they actually told me I can have as much as I like but it’s usually 8oz at each meal and yesterday I had more than normal but that doesn’t tell me why for five days I’m just stalled
