Ian and I have a date night planned. We're going to the movies! I haven't been out to the movies since two weeks before Christmas! But, movies means snacks...mostly popcorn...and I love my movie popcorn! So I've planned to eat pretty light for the better part of the day so I can have a bit of indulgence out this evening.
I'm on Day Four of P90X. Today is yoga. I've been doing yoga on and off for the better part of five years, so I have a pretty good feeling for what's in store. But, you never know!
Slept well last night for the first time in what feels like ages...and woke up with a minimum amount of aches and soreness. So I must be doing something right!
Kinda looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in. I feel like I'm back on the right track...let's hope my work is paying off!
