Did anyone watch the biggest loser finale? If you did, what did you think about Rachel's weight?

Yes I saw it and I will be honest I was shocked, she didn't look like a healthy weight she looked a bit too thin. Very proud of her for loosing the weight but I think there is a fine line between being at a healthy weight and being too thin. I hope she is be careful.

I also was shocked when she walked out on stage. Honestly, the first words that popped into my head was 'anorexic-looking.' Either she was dead-set on winning the competition no matter what, or she took her weight loss a little too far and now has an eating disorder. Either way, yes! I thought she looked waaaay to thin - not even a healthy thin. She was like a bag o' bones I thought. She even seemed a little weak physically, didn't she?? Hopefully she'll regulate her weight after seeing herself on TV.

Yes Nyds09 I agree with you. I think she overdid it and think she just did it for the prize money. I think after all the comments about last nights show, it will get her to at least put on 10 or 20 pounds. I think she'd look good at 120-125.

City-Girl she looked sad and empty, although she was smiling. It was as if she almost had a steak on her mind but couldn't eat it. Honestly I'd rather have a little weight than be that skinny any day.

One thing....she is very young and young people can lose weight very easy and very fast. I'd like to see how she could lose weight when she's in her 50's or 60's. It's not all that easy because you can't work out the way they make you on that program. I'd like to see a 65 year old go through some of those exercises. They'd have a heart attack!

I'm 62 and know the workouts would probably kill me. Or I'd kill the trainer.

I didn't see it.... However I have watched them before. Unhealthy way of loosing weight, it HAS to be a lifestyle change. These people are put in a different environment, with personal trainers... All they concentrate on, is their weight loss, exercise and food. When they go back to their normal lives... They do not have that support. They have their day to day stresses, work, families and time frames to contend with... They may loose it in the short term... But ling term... I wonder. It takes a VERY, VERY strong focused person, to keep it off. But... All credit to them, I hope it works... Personally, it would kill me!
