Well I'm going on the road for the next two days, I'm taking most of my meals with me and if I am lucky I will only have to order Salad when I'm out.
I have precooked all meat that I need to cover my meals.
I'm pretty focused so I'm hoping I can stay that way, it's only two days of temptation right?.....I can do it!!
Need to find a gym and if not will have to wing it.
I wont be recording on here till I get back so it will be strange not to keep track of exactly what I've consumed.
Okay off I go :)

I am going away for 5 days at the end of the month too. Since I pretty much live on minimal meat or fish for protein and cucumbers and/or jicama, I also plan to pre-pack my meals. I am more concerned about the gym part though. The last time I went on a trip, the hotel did not have a gym. I tried to compensate with loooong walks but I think it wasn't enough because my weight loss slowed. So I am now adding 10 mins of workout a day to cover my trip. Hope it will be enough this time. =)
