Delicious fresh coley fillet baked with herby breadcrumbs and served with roasted cherry tomatoes and steamed brocolli for a light dinner tonight. I'm fasting today so that's me reached my 500cal limit.

what is that 500 cals limit just for dinner?

I'm following the Fast 500 plan doing either 2 or 3 days of fasting, eating less than 500cals in a day, on alternate days. Sometimes called the 5:2 or 4:3 diet.
