Wow! I feel like I ate all day long. (about every 2-2 1/2 hours) Just smaller portions of low cal food. I didn't even hit 500 calories. I'm a little hungry now, its nearly 10pm, but I wasn't really all day. I hope this does the trick for shedding pounds quickly!
