Don't know why the weight fluctuation over the last few days but I am back to the 218 mark that is my best mark so far. Think I hit a wall weight that needs to be broken through. Will not weigh myself again until next Wednesday morning (1/19). Goal is to be at 216. End of month goal is to be at 214.
