Please respon guysT^T RMR itu total kalori yg kita bakar walau ga ngapain2 bkn? misalnya 1 hari kita konsumsi 400 kalori. terus apa kita ttp ngebakar 1100 sehari. klo iya apa 400 kalori yg kita mkn kebakar semua? jd kek sm aja ga mkn apa2 seharian gt?
