I'm still not doing anything special. Just monitoring my portion sizes and watching my carb intake. I'm struggling to limit my sugar intake. While i don't snack on candy during the day. I can't seem to give up my cookie at night. I don't binge, I either have 1-2 cookies after dinner. No sweets during the day other than the sugar in my coffee. But I know it adds up.
