I had my first brake out...for my traditionnal non-healthy at all poutine. I used to eat junk every friday night. I cutted it out for a few weeks, but this time I couldn't resist. I feel bad, but it felt so good and reliefing. I hope it wouldn't discourage me to go back on tracks.
