Ever get that feeling that your next weigh-in is going to be a great one? I’m feeling it today. I have a 30 minute weight loss meditation focused on being grateful for my progress and then thanking my body for storing fat, but letting it know it is ok to let it go (I know that sounds a little hokey for some people). Then, I used my massage gun last night to remove some knots from a ton of yard work and feel ready to hit the gym hard tonight. Positivity is infectious... so pass it on! Who else is ready for a great result during their next weigh-in?
