1 mashed banana (or 40g oats - I prefer banana)
25ml milk
25ml water (or just 50ml milk)
1 egg, 1 egg white (or 2 eggs)
45g blueberries
1scoop of vegan protein powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder!
1cal spray to cook with
Topping is 100g Greek yogurt
It made 6 pancakes! ☺️
