I was hoping I would see a loss, but I'm staying the same this week. If I happen to go lower at the end of the week I will record it as I my goal was to hit 136 by the end of the month. Maybe it will be 137 if I am extra diligent. We'll see what happens. I prefer even numbers though for my weight!
I have not been able to work out the last 2 days with work and other nighttime commitments. However today I am heading to the gym for a long swim. I am going to try to hit 1/4 mile in 10 min. for the upcoming timed event in Feb. So far I can't quite get that fast. I will shoot to swim probably 40 min. today.
