Excuse me how would we know that the size or amount of food we are consuming is as exactly as mentioned in the serving options of that particular food e.g I ate apple today barely it would be two or three pieces and moreover I ate 3 small bananas but now I don't know that what was the size of apple and bananas so now what option I am supposed to click now I mean like what was the size or servings.

@pure Gaming Same issue with me I mostly eat my son’s leftover Then i go to the food and start thinking what should i do If the small banana i eat i add it half normally outside of Pakistan bananas are big in size And when i take some bites then i cut the amount into tree quarters Or find thing which is similar in amount of i ate
