I had a fairly good day yesterday and then hubby buys me cake and chocolate yet again which he just did so on Monday as well. Then I go on to stuff my face with practically half of a big packet of flings chips. No excuses though from intermittent fasting today I will attempt OMAD my aim is to keep my calories to maximum 1000 or under. I ain't giving up...really hoping to move into the 70s by next week xoxo
