Guyzz.... I have a doubt with regards to workout... To be frank...I don't like to do workout more than 15-20 minutes... so is it fine to divide the workout in morning and evening...or is it better to do it ate one stretch...

I was just like you 😅. but step by step increased time and sets. if you don't feel to workout, just walk daily 6000-10000 steps when you can. stretching makes you feel better and firm your skin in loss weight s process 💪🏼
