Every 7 days I feel like I hit a slump where my weight doesn’t go down and then it does. I have to keep positive and keep working at it. Working out every morning for 30 mins or so has really helped regulate my sleep and my energy, it’s been a god send. I’m dying for some snacks but always try and keep them on the healthy side for now. Really want to turn 30 and feel good in my body and my mind.
If anybody feels this way, know you’re not alone, we are fighting the same fight and we need to be strong 💪🏽
