Shaved turkey breast roll-ups for lunch. Layered each slice with a little spicy mustard, baby spinach, thin cucumber slices and a wee bit of avocado! For a lower-cal/fat version, I'll probably eliminate the avo in the future. :)

Yesterday, I only did 140 crunches and climbed 15 flights of stairs at lunch. I am really looking forward to starting a new 3-day-a-week workout sesh today with my friend and motivator, Erica! We'll work out for an hour or so Tues-Thurs.
