Start walking around the block for 15 minutes first. It was a great start for me as I have problems with my knees. I’ve been increasing 5 min a week and I’m feeling better.

Losing weight is a simple maths problem, calories in verses calories out.negative calories you lose weight, more calories in you gain weight. Eat healthy and take care of your body with more muscle and less fat, you have a healthy body. Eat junk (gratify your sweet tooth or whatever) you have a junk sick body. Seat down have an honest talk with yourself ( make decisions not excuses and justifications) develop a plan with measurable numbers hold yourself accountable. MBO, Nike run, NTC, pumatrac, fitify, freletics aps and elite HRV app, Bluetooth body composition weighing machine, Bluetooth BPMonitor, everyday live happy be accountable, pray and be thankful to God.

I love yoga with Adriene on youtube. She has a yoga for any mood. I like yoga for neck and shoulders because it's seated with nothing strenuous. Her videos for depression, anxiety, hangovers, lower back and many others are often accessible. Good luck finding what works for you!

I use a mini-elliptical in a seated position. Sometimes I add 5-lb weights for arm work. I keep a food diary to keep up with 1200 calories a day. In addition to classes at the Y, modified to accomodate rheumatoid arthritis, the Eliptical has boosted my metabolism I guess. FINALLY losing about a pound a month. I’m 61 years old and have about 30 lbs to lose.

pushups, pull-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups... basic stuff but it gets the heart rate up and the muscles sore, mostly need a pull-up bar for a door and maybe using a chair to start with for assists, and then some music

Walk! It's easy, free, and walking slowly actually burns more calories per mile so set a distance goal and slowly increase it! I walked 10 miles yesterday and didn't feel like I was gonna die!
