Guys....I need your help....I don't know how to stop my craving for food....I mean ..its homemade food...but might not be very healthy....While I see those food around me...ai can't stop me from eating it...Can u all help me out with this....Need ur full support

I understand your problem Mate.. I live with my spouse and he's an extreme foodie person hence I have to cook meals for him everyday yet I can't have them because that's not included in my diet.. it's so tempting at times that I feel frustrated and probably angry as well.. but again when I think about shredding some pounds and especially when I stand on the scale by the weekend and see the numbers decreasing I feel like the torture of self-control was worth it.. @anushrisarkar97 thank you for ur support....but actually the problem with me is that...I love cooking and to try out new recipes....I can actually stop eating all sugary and deep fried items...but I literally can't stop me from my passion...if cook something .... I end up eating it..... So I wish I could get a few recipes....that are healthy and tasty too....

it is also my problem but it is easy just take a small amount and later do some basic exercise for example badminton

@ashlysk I think you need not to Stop cooking just switch unhealthy ingredients with healthy one. like sugar with stevia. Sugar have too many calories while stevia is 0 calorie item. switch rice with quinoa. you can try this.

pleas don't stop anything, because it's mind stimulation eat anything you wish but a little of anything. when mind tension increasing especially before MC and in PMS is uncontrollable. remember never reward food to yourself, or never saying after diet I'll eat it. always say it's worth it. all of efforts and dedication is for achieve your goals, you're strong enough💪🏼 to resist and change mindset for healthy life and good shape body👍🏼

u can try doing some things. first of all chewing gum all the time can help u avoid binging. next try to fill ur stomach with nuts, dates, protein bars when ever u feel hungry. these foods are very filling and honestly I think it helps. lastly I think I had this problem too and I saw the most change when i started working out.i used to be soo tired after working out that i realised how hard it is to loose weight and that's y I stopped binging completely. now I only have 3 meals a day and ntg btw. just eat 3 meals till u r completely full nd that shld help but dont eat junk. eat healthy stuff to ur full

rather than trying anything else try having a piece of dark chocolate it'll slowly reduce your cravings for sure but chocolate should be dark only because others have too much of suger and unwanted calories

@Utkarsh2000 I really wish I had an option to play badminton...I would literally love it...During school days used to play regular...but after that didn't even get a chance to play...
