150g of king prawn
2 spring onions
1 bag of mixed fire fry
1 table spoon of less fat soya sauce
1 table spoon of oyster
2 cup sliced mushroom
1 green chilli
Fry light
Fry spring onion with fry light add prawns in after 10 minutes add mushroom and add a little water once mushrooms are cooked add the soya sauce and the oyster sauce and add the stir fry bag add half a cup of water and cover
Leave it to cook until it’s dry (10-15 minutes)
