abis mens jg, n mkn jg udh diatur sedemikian rupa.
workout jg, mngkin Krn 27hari tanpa rest, wo 30mnt tiap hri.. Dari saking senengx wo, dan skrg bdn baru kerasa pegel2 udh 4hri g wo..
okey, yuksss istrht dlu bentar. asal mknnya ttp dijaga
