I am feeling good about today.
Spent a lot of time cooking, and probably will tomorrow as well. More snow is expected here and really cold temps later in the day. A good day to spend in the kitchen. I want to get some dishes prepared ahead of time so I won't need to spend so much time in the kitchen and feel like that is all I get done. Drank lots of water and got my workouts done. Had dinner finished up just after 6, forgot my challenge and cleaned up my plate at every meal, will have to work on that. Got my salad in though. I think I am on track, have entered ALL food consumed. Hope I'm not forgetting anything on my challenge, wil have to check again. Definitely want to SHED it and NOT DREAD it!!
