This might be the worst scale reading ever. Had one bad meal on Saturday night and took one day off from excercise and gained 3 lbs. How does that happen in a two day stretch? I am not weighing myself again until I see a significant difference. Just too disheartening to work hard a whole month and gain back 15% of the weight lose in two days.
