I am hopeful for a loss this week again. My goal was to hit 136 by the end of January- so that would be recording a 2 lb loss by this week. I'll see what I can do! I will be happy with 137, but am hoping for 136.
The hopeful news for me is that I was at 138 this morning even after the weekend. I am ALWAYS up after the weekend, like a pound or two, then I get back down in the week. We went out one night for a burger and fries- ate the burger and some of the fries. The rest of the time was healthy eating overall, so I feel good about that. I am heading to the gym today to workout all during son's preschool. I should be able to get in a 2 hour workout today! Working also has been very helpful in weight loss. I only have my very set amount of food I bring there and no added snacking happens. I am totally content with it and not hungry too which is great. Ok, I am feeling a loss come on this week! I'm ready to push and challenge myself for my workout today and will report in later. I hope you all have a fantastic week ahead and that we all will make decisions that will lead to better health and weight loss success!
Evening update: I had a great workout today: 20 min. weights 30 min. elliptical 20 min run 15 min. swim
It left my muscles burning and a little tired afterwards, but it was all good!
