Yay! I'm down another pound. I'm feeling pretty good. Gonna get My walk in at lunch today. We're having crazy weather here. The high is 62 today, but sleet and possibly snow flurries tomorrow and Wednesday. I work at a 911 center, so we might get crazy here in the south with sleet and flurries. It's amazing how much people panic. I'm hoping this won't lead to stress eating for the next two days. I have a tendency to turn to high calorie comfort food when stressed. I'll be working extra hard not to give in. Have a great week everyone!

Congratulations! Just stash a bunch of carrots or celery in when you need to reach for some stress busting food. The crunching will have a stress relieving effect.
