Awal BB aku dari 74an skrgg udh 55kg , wo awal awal aku waktu obesitas aku pake yg hit cardio ka Sabrina sm abs nya cloe things setiap hari. Skrgskrg aku udah ditahap mlsbgt olhrgaa jd olhrga seminggu sekali jalan kaki ajaa gais min45menit.
