Yesterday around 3 am i was binging. but it turns out 1 pia 1 cookie and 1 slice.of marble cake and 1 salak is soo enough to fill me in. so next time thebstrategynis just to not rush and just eat it first. because the chance are. 1 of everything is already more than enough. and do it before sleepm i know it's kinda stupid but i think it'll work. we're gonna test that
