dah bbrp hari di angka 46,, eh td pagi nimbang naik jadi 46.8 kg 😅 target qta cm beda sekilo kak.. ak ngerasa makin mendekati bb ideal malah makin susaah turunnya ,, iya ga sih.. hihihi semangat

jgn fokus ke bb aja kak,body fat jg perlu.
misal ada org bb 55 tp lemak 25% trs bb 50 tp 35%
jd hrus defkal+sering Or aja hehe🙏🏻
