Costco run today, with the usual SL of fresh fruits and vegetables. I also reloaded the walnuts, pine nuts stash, cinnamon and turmeric powder, also found saffron threads. The taste reminded me of lobster bisque, I really like that taste. From the book I am reading, I learned to opt for non alkalized dark cacao powder. To complete a meal, I enjoy a hot cup of soy milk with a lot of dark cacao powder with a lot of cinnamon. I will also add pistachios pomegranates, avocados and try fenugreek spices. reintroduce chia seeds and hemp seeds in salads and greek yogurt based desert with fresh fruits. I want my gut and brain to be happy and reduce inflammation induced by fat and sugar products
