I've been trying to keep to 1200 or under calories. Most days it works, with doing the soup it keeps me filled, so my calorie count is 500 or 600 some days.
This is my second week and I've lost about 6 pounds. Slow but sure. I'm going on vacation at the end of this week. I hope I don't over do it.
