I am getting better at navigating the site. Finding and recording the food items are difficult but I am learning. I get cranky often. I do try to work through it all. I am determined to loss weight to feel better physically and about myself.

Hang in there mom ... getting below 240 isn't far now ... I know you can do it!! It isn't easy I know. However, I really do believe we are off to a good start. 9 lbs for you in 9 days ... that is simply fantastic!!
