Kerasa singset, lighter dan perutnya kempes. But I think I notice that it works well if I did exercise. My metabolism will be a lot faster and understanding like that even if I had lots of carbs over 40s. and We'll test that theory from this point on. And i'm gonna experiment with different ex not just treadmil.. bcs well.. we don't always have that luxury so... let's see
