Wow, been looking at my graph and I think I need to make a trip to the grocery store and follow one of the Atkins menus for a week to get in the habit of eating the right carbs and not so much, fat/protein. Although I will say I LOVE the Atkins food pyramid vs the normal one.
Had lunch out again today, with the thought in the back of my head I'll find the nutrtional info on the web when I get home. NOT, Country Kitchen does not have all their info out there. At least I stuck with a salad again, I though it was a sensible salad and I did not eat the flat bread that came with. So at least I feel good about that.
